Damaged Items:

We're really sorry if you receive a damaged item—it's not the experience we want you to have. If this happens, please get in touch with us at help@anese.co within 7 days of receiving your order. To help us sort things out quickly, it would be great if you could include a description and photos of the damage. We'll review your claim, and if we confirm the item is damaged, we'll send out a replacement at no extra charge. We're here to ensure the process is as smooth and quick for you as possible.

Delivery and Lost Packages:

When your order is marked as ‘Delivered’ by our courier, that means our part in its journey to you is complete. Please double-check your delivery details when placing your order to ensure everything is correct. Once the package leaves our warehouse, it's in your hands. If your order doesn’t show up as expected, reaching out to the courier directly is the best first step—they have the tools to help track it down. We understand how important each delivery is and we’re here to support you in any way we can, even if our role in the delivery process has ended.

Final Sale:

We want every purchase you make with Anese.co to bring you joy! However, due to the special nature of our products, once an order finds its way to you, it's yours to cherish. All items are considered final sale, meaning we can't accept returns or exchanges, with the heartfelt exception for any items that arrive not quite right, as mentioned above. We're here to make sure you're happy with your choice, so please take a moment to double-check your order before it's placed. Your understanding means the world to us, and we're so grateful for it.

Cancellations:

Just a heads-up: once your order starts its journey through our processing system, we can't hit pause or rewind. Our team is all about getting your order ready and out the door quickly, usually within 7 business days from when you click ‘Order’. Because we're so focused on speed, tweaking your order or canceling once it's in motion isn't something we can do. We really appreciate your understanding on this.
