Anese handles the processing, packing, and shipping of orders within 3-5 business days. We utilize USPS for shipping.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is picked up, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment within minutes of pick-up.
Our standard shipping estimates are as follows:
Standard Shipping: Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends or holidays. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays, although UPS may deliver on weekends.
During busy periods, order processing times may also be longer than usual.
Securing Your Order
If you've had issues with lost or stolen shipments in the past, we recommend shipping to a PO box or a secure mailbox. We cannot replace stolen orders, so please ensure your delivery address is secure.
Guarantee and Refunds
We guarantee that your order will leave our headquarters within the shipping timeframe you select. However, we cannot control unforeseen carrier delays due to weather conditions or other unexpected circumstances. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for the order or shipping costs in such situations.
How much does shipping cost?
Below are the shipping rates we offer for all domestic orders. While we can predict our processing times, shipping times are approximate.

I need to change my shipping address
Please send us an email right away to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can change the address. We will do our best to change the address before it goes out but keep in mind that it is best to double check when entering your shipping address at checkout.
If an address is deemed incorrect by the carrier, someone from our team will confirm your proper shipping address to ensure items are delivered to you properly. Once you confirm and your order is shipped out, if the order is still returned to us due to an incorrect address; we will refund you for the order minus cost of shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
Triple check your address when placing an order and if you have any concerns about the address you entered, don't hesitate to reach out to us so we can fix it for you immediately.

If the address entered at checkout is deemed undeliverable and the item is returned to us, we will ship the item back to you.
If your item was delivered to an address entered incorrectly and you aren't able to obtain your shipment, we are not responsible for shipping a replacement. Please double check the shipping address when placing an order so we can ensure your order arrives to you safe and sound.
Refunds will not be issued if an item is returned back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address but we will re-ship the item to you once it arrives at our HQ.

No! We do not test on animals. All of our products are tested on real life babes, we are completely cruelty free.
