**Terms and Conditions for Anese.co Subscriptions**
Welcome to Anese.co! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your subscription and use of our products and services. By subscribing to Anese.co, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms.
### 1. Subscription Requirements
1.1 **Three-Order Minimum Requirement**: A minimum of three orders is required to maintain an active subscription and to justify the 15% discount you receive by subscribing. This discount is only applicable when you order for two or more months.
1.2 **Designated Shipment Frequencies**: Products must be ordered according to the designated shipment frequencies to qualify for any subscription discounts.
### 2. Order and Shipment Schedule
2.1 **Right to Alter Schedule**: Anese.co reserves the right to alter the schedule of orders if the designated shipment frequency is changed by the customer to be outside of the 30 or 60-day window.
2.2 **Scheduling Shipments**: Anese.co may schedule shipments to make up for orders that were granted a subscription discount but did not adhere to the minimum two-order rule.
### 3. Subscription Cancellation
3.1 **How to Cancel**:
- You may cancel your subscription through the customer portal on our website.
- Alternatively, you can send an email to help@anese.co with your first and last name, and the email address used for the subscription.
3.2 **Refund Policy**: Refunds are only provided if you are charged after cancellation through the portal or in writing via email.
3.3 Pause and Skip Policies: Subscriptions may be paused one time for a period of 6 months. After this period, subscriptions will automatically resume. Subscriptions may be skipped a total of 3 times before the subscription will be resumed.

4.1 **Changes to Terms**: Anese.co reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective upon posting.
