What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Here is how it works at Anese. Once your order is placed it immediately goes into processing, packing and shipping. Once an order has gone into packing, we are not able to cancel or change it.
We unfortunately cannot guarantee that we can cancel your order and cannot issue refunds on any orders that have already been processed.
Please check the information you enter at checkout carefully and be sure you are interested in ordering from Anese before doing so as we do not take returns.
We unfortunately cannot refund shipping costs as these are paid directly to the carrier for transporting your order.
What’s the status of my order?
What if something I ordered arrived damaged?
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can investigate and replace your damaged or incorrect item immediately.
We can only replace the items that were damaged or incorrect, we do not offer refunds.
How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

Due to the nature of our products, we unfortunately do not accept returns on our items.
If you purchased Anese from one of our retailers and are unhappy for any reason, please contact the retailer directly with your receipt as we are not able to issue a refund or exchange for Anese from an outside retailer.
Anese issues discount codes throughout the year for a limited amount of time. Discount codes must be applied at checkout, we are not liable for applying discounts after your order is submitted and can't apply a discount past it's expiration date. Discount codes can be used once per order. We are not able to swap discount codes after your purchase, so make sure you enter the one you want when checking out.

How do I pay?
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. All of our payments are done through a top of the line, secure payment processor and your information is never shared with third parties.

Anese makes a great gift. Just enter the shipping address for the person you are sending the gift to in the shipping section and your information in the billing section.

When will my order ship?
Anese processes, packs and ships orders in 3-5 business days. Your order is shipped via UPS Mail Innovations. UPS Mail Innovations is a UPS service that uses UPS as the main transporter of your package until it reaches your city. Once the package reaches your city, it is then delivered to your home through USPS.
You will receive an email automatically with your tracking information one your order has been picked up by UPS. Once your order is picked up, it will be trackable within minutes. The tracking link you receive will be through UPS.

We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays. Delivery may occur on weekends, in accordance with UPS shipment times.
Please note: Due to COVID-19 and a large surge in online order shipping this year, UPS and USPS are seeing significant delays in shipping times. Please allow 7-10 days for your order to arrive. Longer than usual order processing times can occur during busy seasons.
If you are concerned with receiving your order to your address due to lost or stolen shipments in the past, we do ship to PO boxes or we recommend that you ship it to a secure mailbox. We cannot replace an order that was stolen, we recommend making sure your address is secure.
We guarantee your order will ship from our headquarters within the shipping time frame you select, however if there is an unforeseen delay by the carrier due to things like weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, we do not issue a refund for the order or shipping cost.
What if my order says delivered but I did not receive it?
As of August 20th, 2022, we offer Route Package Protection with every order, which covers items/packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. For orders under $100, the fee is $0.98. For orders over $100, the fee is 2% of your order subtotal. You will need to opt into Route Package Protection before placing your order if desired. Please note: If you choose not to add Route Package Protection, you accept that Anese is not liable for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If you place an order with Route Package Protection and your item(s)/package(s) are lost, stolen or damaged in transit, please visit this page to file a claim. We can provide you with all the information we have to help you locate your package, including; tracking number, ship date, and last known location. Anese cannot contact any parcel service on your behalf.

Crap, I accidentally entered the wrong address...
Please send us an email right away to email@example.com so we can change the address. We will do our best to change the address before it goes out but keep in mind that it is best to double check when entering your shipping address at checkout.
If an address is deemed incorrect by the carrier, someone from our team will confirm your proper shipping address to ensure items are delivered to you properly. Once you confirm and your order is shipped out, if the order is still returned to us due to an incorrect address; we will refund you for the order minus cost of shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
Triple check your address when placing an order and if you have any concerns about the address you entered, don't hesitate to reach out to us so we can fix it for you immediately.
What if my order was shipped to the wrong address by mistake?
Orders within the U.S
If the address entered at checkout is deemed undeliverable and the item is returned to us, we will ship the item back to you.
If your item was delivered to an address entered incorrectly and you aren't able to obtain your shipment, we are not responsible for shipping a replacement. Please double check the shipping address when placing an order so we can ensure your order arrives to you safe and sound.
Refunds will not be issued if an item is returned back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address but we will re-ship the item to you once it arrives at our HQ.
If your item was delivered to an address entered incorrectly and you aren't able to obtain your shipment, we are not responsible for shipping a replacement. Please double check the shipping address when placing an order so we can ensure your order arrives to the correct address. If you need any assistance entering your address or are unsure if you entered it correctly, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be happy to help.
If an order is returned to us, we can re-ship the item to you but you will be responsible for the postage. We are not responsible for refunding your order if it was shipped to the incorrect address and was lost, stolen or returned.
International Shipping Times
International orders usually take anywhere from 7-14 business days to reach you pending any customs processing delays. Our team will pick, pack and ship your order within 1-3 business days.
All international orders are subject to passing customs. We are unable to estimate the exact time an order will take to pass through customs so please keep this in mind when placing your order. We are unable to rush an order through customs or find out how far along an order is in customs, this is the discretion of the customs department in your country.
Please note, due to the busier holiday season we cannot guarantee a package will clear customs and arrive to you before a set holiday and are not able to issue a refund for your order if it has already been processed.
International Shipping Costs
Cost to ship depends on the country and carrier. Your estimated shipping will be shown during checkout. Packages are subject to taxes and duties upon arrival, this amount depends on your country.
My package never arrived. What do I do?
If your internationally shipped package has not arrived to the shipping address you have provided in the allotted transit time suggested above, or if you have not received a notification from your local parcel service, please contact Anese customer service at email@example.com with your order number. We can provide you with all the information we have to help you locate your package, including; tracking number, ship date, and last known location. Anese WILL NOT contact any parcel service on your behalf. When the package leaves our distribution facility the customer assumes ALL responsibility for the package.
Anese IS NOT responsible for the refund or reship of any packages due to the following circumstances:
-Held shipments due to international customs intervention.
-Shipments lost at any point in the parcel process.
-Shipments stolen at any point in the parcel process.
If your package is returned to us due to the following circumstances please reach out to our help team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number asap, once we receive the order and it has been processed by our returns department we will issue a one time only store credit less the shipping cost for your order.
-Refused shipment due to duties/taxes owed
-Incorrect or insufficient address
If a store credit has been issued for your returned order and the order is returned a second time, we unfortunately cannot issue another store credit or refund. Please check your address and taxes and duties policy in your country before placing the order.

Can I use That Booty Tho or Down with the Thickness on my face?
That Booty Tho is made for your booty and body, it is a semi-harsh scrub that we don't recommend for your face because of it's abrasiveness. It's abrasiveness makes it more effective for the skin on your butt and body but may be too harsh for your face.
The Down with the Thickness mask is formulated with beet root powder which gives it it's pink color. Beet root is part of the mask's effectiveness and has not been tested for long term facial application. If you are looking to use a facial mask, Pretty Sure I'm Gorgeous and So Over It are made just for your face and are pretty awesome.

Our products are made in the United States and distributed from our HQ in Downtown Los Angeles. All of our ingredients are sourced from premium sources and go through a rigorous testing process before being used.
